This kit is designed to remotely mount your hydroboost unit.
If you don't like the looks of it mounted on the firewall or don't have room for it, use this kit to mount it anywhere you have space.
Refer to pics for installation instructions.
Be sure to reduce any restrictions in the return line.
Designed around an early 90's 1 ton GM pickup.

The Hydroboost relocation kit by Trusted Design Services, LLC is a precision fabricated system that works with an off-the-shelf slave cylinder, engineered for the DIY mechanic that will save you up to $1,000 compared to other available products.
This kit is designed to remote mount the hydroboost unit and master cylinder.
Mount the unit anywhere space allows and run a single hydraulic actuator line to it, just like a hydraulic clutch.
The mounting feet provide 1" of clearance under the unit as positioned in the factory orientation.

About the kit
This kit is made by Trusted Design Services, LLC in Bandera County, TX.
The Adapter and Flange are made from solid 6061-T6 aluminum barstock.
The mounting feet are made from 11ga, 1018 cold rolled steel.
Please check for clearance in your application before purchasing.
The steel feet allow 1" clearance under the unit when sitting on a flat surface.

1ea, Hydroboost adapter housing - anodized aluminum
1ea, slave cylinder adapter flange - anodized aluminum
1ea, master cylinder mounting foot - bare steel
1ea, adapter mounting foot - bare steel
1ea, retaining ring - steel
2ea, 5/16-18 x 1-1/4" long hex bolts - zinc plated GR5
Additional items needed, not included in this kit:
1ea, hydroboost unit
1ea, slave cylinder, Dorman p/n CS37793 from Amazon or similar
A system for actuating the slave cylinder
We recommend using a clutch master cylinder from a mini truck to actuate the slave cylinder.
